• A statement confirming the vendor's good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

• Contact information for the vendor, including name, address, phone number, and email address.

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where the vendor resides.

Repeat Infringers

MadeBy Shops reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of vendors who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
